As the Innovation Associate Manager for Rice Snacks and Pancake Mix/Syrup, you will be a critical leader driving the planning, development, and execution of innovation strategy for the Quaker Rice Snacks and Pancake Mix/Syrup portfolios. This role exists to build new ways of working that help us evolve from concept to launch in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You will thrive on cross-functional collaboration, operating effectively within a matrixed organization to influence stakeholders and get things done. The ideal candidate brings a passion for delighting consumers, creative thinking, and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear actions. You will balance strategic thinking with day-to-day project execution, ensuring delivery across pipelines extending to 2027 and beyond.
Location Requirement
This position requires the successful candidate to sit in and report to one of the following office hubs: Chicago, IL or Plano, TX.
Candidates selected for this role will move through a structured interview process designed to assess strategic thinking, project execution capabilities, and cultural fit. The process typically includes an initial screening, followed by deeper discussions with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to evaluate alignment with our innovation goals.
