About the Role
Our Marketing team is seeking an experienced Marketing Execution Specialist to lead the implementation of complex marketing initiatives while collaborating closely with internal business units. This role manages projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals, and provides leadership across digital, print, and in-store marketing campaigns.
In this position, you will serve as the primary execution point of contact for assigned business units, providing clear guidance and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. You will work alongside the Marketing Strategy team to translate business needs into actionable execution plans, timelines, and deliverables. The role requires independent decision-making to establish execution standards and contribute to enhancing consistency and process efficiency throughout marketing workflows.
You will drive collaboration with internal business partners, creative teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are executed accurately and efficiently. As a liaison from project intake through production, execution, and implementation, you will partner with internal creative teams, external agencies, and production vendors to develop consistent, high-quality creative assets. Additionally, you will represent and advocate for internal business units with social media and loves.com teams to ensure cohesive cross-channel execution.

Requirements
