OE Solar is a growing team dedicated to advancing sustainable energy solutions. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Proposal Development Coordinator to join our efforts. This role is pivotal in driving company growth by bridging the gap between technical expertise and client engagement.
This position uniquely combines proposal development, procurement coordination, and business development responsibilities. You will serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for prospective clients and partners, representing the company professionally in public-facing settings. Your work will directly support our mission to expand brand visibility and strengthen client partnerships through strategic outreach and relationship management.
In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of RFP/RFQ/BID responses, ensuring strict compliance with requirements and timely submissions. Beyond document management, you will actively engage in community outreach by attending networking events, industry associations, and trade shows to promote OE Solar services. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and project managers to gather critical content and ensure all written materials are clear, persuasive, and aligned with organizational standards.
