This position is designed to enhance census development and expand our private pay referral base within designated facilities. You will serve as the primary resource for those seeking our services, building professional relationships through ongoing education and community outreach. Your day will involve creating and maintaining connections with nursing homes, retirement centers, physicians, hospital staff, and various community-based referral sources to drive occupancy goals. You will also act as a strategic leader in the community, participating in local organizations and special events to establish the facility as the expert on assisted living.
