About the Role
Twin Peaks is seeking a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to serve as a vital support pillar for our national and local marketing initiatives across our growing system of lodges. This role is critical for driving the execution of campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and in-lodge marketing efforts. You will work closely with the CMO and Senior Directors to manage key initiatives and day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, franchise partners, and agency partners.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing a strong mix of creativity and operational discipline. You will act as a central hub for communication, ensuring brand consistency while managing multiple priorities and complex timelines. From supporting the rollout of national campaigns to evaluating local store marketing (LSM) efforts, your work will directly impact our ability to engage customers and drive business growth.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- verified1–3 years of experience in marketing
Nice to Have
Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Fishbowl/Personica). Experience with digital marketing channels including paid social and email. Working knowledge of tools like Canva, PicMonkey, JotForm, or project management platforms. Interest in sports, hospitality, and experiential marketing.
