About the Role

The Marketing and Social Media Associate serves as the voice of the brand, responsible for the day-to-day management of our social media properties. This role is designed to work closely with digital marketing efforts to generate a comprehensive social media marketing strategy that drives customer engagement and brand awareness. As a passionate advocate for social media as a vital marketing, advertising, and communications tool, you will adopt and implement best practices across all channels.

You will be an active participant in data collection and analysis, using insights to consistently improve the company's social media practices over time. The ideal candidate is a creative writer with an eye for design, an excellent organizer, and a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Day-to-Day

Your journey will involve developing and implementing content for the brand's social media channels through content creator partners, while planning and maintaining engaging posts across numerous platforms. You will monitor activity on social media sites, engaging positively with followers, commenting on tagged posts, and answering inbound inquiries in a timely manner.

A key part of your week will be establishing and maintaining relationships with brand ambassadors and coordinating with the Marketing & Creative team. You will work directly with leading industry trade publications, distributors, and trade show marketing teams to represent our brand, ensuring brand integrity is maintained when collaborating with marketing, sales, and brand managers.
