This role is designed to develop and execute a results-driven resident strategy that directly supports leasing performance, occupancy growth, and overall asset value across a diverse multifamily portfolio. You will lead the execution of digital marketing, branding, and communication strategies for both affordable and market-rate communities, ensuring all initiatives align with ownership objectives, compliance requirements, and measurable financial outcomes.
In this position, you will translate complex data into actionable strategies that drive performance. You will provide scalable tools and support to onsite teams, standardizing marketing templates and workflows to reduce operational burdens while maintaining brand consistency. The role requires a deep understanding of compliance-driven environments, including HUD and Fair Housing regulations, and the ability to leverage marketing technology and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
Important: This is not a remote position. The role requires residency in the Washington, DC area to work at the company's headquarters in Gaithersburg, MD. The position is primarily office-based, with periodic travel to properties and corporate locations as needed.
