About the Role

The Marketing & Communications Intern serves as a vital support pillar for the Marketing & Communications team within a mission-driven healthcare ministry. This position offers meaningful, hands-on experience in content development, internal communications, event coordination, and departmental reporting. The role is designed for individuals passionate about healthcare and community engagement who wish to contribute to the ministry's outreach efforts.

Day in the Life

You will collaborate with colleagues across the ministry to manage the flow of information and visual assets. Your day may involve drafting social media content, updating intranet pages, and assisting with video recording and editing. You will help maintain the editorial calendar and coordinate event logistics, ensuring the events calendar remains accurate. Additionally, you will support minor graphic design projects using Canva, manage inventory for marketing materials, and assist in compiling departmental reports and maintaining media and donor lists.
