The Market Service Manager is the operational heartbeat of our service department, dedicated to keeping our customers for life. In this role, you will recruit, lead, and develop a team of Route Service Managers, Supervisors, and Representatives who deliver to a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations.
You will drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for your location by building strong relationships with clients and elevating your team's performance. This is a results-driven position where you will not only manage but also roll up your sleeves to support your team and customers directly. You will collaborate closely with location management to provide the best service and product programs, while also negotiating customer contract renewals.
