As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the friendly face of our organization, expertly handling high-volume inbound calls at our Burlington Administrative Center. This role is designed for professionals who thrive on finding solutions and enjoy the dynamic environment of a banking call center.
In this position, you will process a variety of financial requests, maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, and proactively inform customers about opportunities that meet their needs. You will act as a problem solver, investigating and resolving issues via telephone or in person, while ensuring all activities comply with state and federal banking laws. Whether you are assisting with account maintenance, escalating complex issues, or participating in marketing promotions, your goal is to deliver superior decision-making and service that builds trust and respect with our customers.
This is a fully onsite role located in Burlington, Washington, within a climate-controlled office environment. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Flexibility is required to support training and staffing needs.

Demonstrated sales and business development skills with the ability to identify customer needs and cross-sell the Bank's products and services with confidence. General use and understanding of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of telephony hardware/software and contact center specific applications. Understanding and working knowledge of the Bank's core processing/operating system and experience using Cisco telecommunication systems.
