About the Role

The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) acts as the vital liaison between WillScot and its customers. This role is responsible for managing the entire customer journey, from the initiation of an order through to the final return and billing process. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in communication, invoice reviews, and issue resolution.

As part of the customer success team, you will handle both inbound and outbound transactional contact. Your day will involve managing service requests in our CRM, triaging issues, and coordinating with specialist groups to ensure high customer satisfaction. This position offers a clear path for career progression. Level 2 specialists can specialize as either a Work Order Specialist or a Billing Rep Specialist, with opportunities to advance to Level 3 after gaining dual certification in order management and billing coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleServe as primary point of contact for customer transactions from order initiation through return
  • check_circleCommunicate delivery date options and confirm site conditions prior to unit delivery
  • check_circleHandle all delivery, return, and service billing including contract compliance and accuracy reviews
  • check_circleResolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within established time limits
  • check_circleInitiate unit pickups, determine early termination liabilities, and complete off-rent processes
  • check_circleProcess transactional orders including lease agreements, purchase orders, and tax exempt certificates
  • check_circleManage service requests in CRM by triaging issues and ensuring satisfactory resolution
  • check_circleProactively contact customers regarding fees, disputes, and lease renewal options

Requirements
