About the Role

The Market Service Manager is the operational heartbeat of our service department, dedicated to keeping our customers for life. In this role, you will oversee all operational aspects of the service department, recruiting and leading a team of Route Service Managers, Supervisors, and Representatives. These team members deliver to a diverse range of clients, from small family-owned businesses to major corporate locations.

You will drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for your location. This is a results-driven position for a relationship manager who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to support the team and the customer. You will build strong relationships with clients, elevate your team's achievement in customer satisfaction, and collaborate closely with location management to provide the best service and product programs. A key part of your day involves negotiating customer contract renewals and ensuring your team has the support they need to develop in their own roles.
