Wells Fargo is seeking a Market Risk Specialist for the Traded Products Counterparty Credit Capital (TPCCC) group within Market and Counterparty Risk Management. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of capital reporting related to Counterparty Credit Risk Weighted Assets (RWA). The specialist will validate calculated results, facilitate the line of business capital decision process, and produce essential regulatory and management reports.
In this position, you will implement business processes and test emerging capital regulations. You will coordinate with multiple enterprise teams to interpret new capital regulations and oversee the implementation of regulatory counterparty credit capital changes. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business specialists and technology, bringing strong technical skills and a high-level attention to detail to a dynamic environment.
This position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, at 550 S. Tryon Street. The role operates on a hybrid work schedule. Please note that relocation assistance is not available, and the position is not eligible for VISA sponsorship.

SQL experience; Knowledge of core asset classes and trading products, including derivatives and securities financing transactions (SFTs); Familiarity with key risk drivers across major derivatives asset classes (Interest Rates, FX, Credit, Equities, and Commodities); Basic understanding of SFT products and structures, including repurchase/reverse repurchase agreements, securities lending/borrowing, and margin loans, along with associated risk drivers; A master's degree or higher in accounting, finance, economics, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Designation; Financial Risk Management Certificate (FRM); Work experience in Middle-Office or Product Control type function; Familiarity with non-cleared, exchange traded and cleared products; Knowledge and experience with CVA calculations; Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy; Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; Knowledge of a variety of asset classes and trading products; specifically, derivatives and securities financing transactions; Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills; Personal characteristics: comfortable multi-tasking, sound judgment, takes initiative, team player and attention to detail.
