About the Role

As a Fixed Income Analyst within the Investment Management Group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting traders, portfolio managers, and client service teams. Your primary mission is to aid in the development, communication, and execution of investment strategies designed to maximize risk-adjusted performance across the firm's discretionary and non-discretionary institutional mandates.

In this position, you will work closely with senior staff to align portfolio strategy and construction with specific client investment guidelines and objectives. Your day-to-day involvement includes performing portfolio risk analytics, analyzing performance attribution, and monitoring credit portfolios to evaluate ongoing credit quality and ratings migrations. You will also assist in economic and market research, support business development efforts through RFP reviews and marketing materials, and help manage the rebalancing of model portfolios to target weights.
