As a Market Research Analyst in Boston, MA, you will be an IMPACT Maker dedicated to shaping how our customers experience our solutions. You will research and analyze target customer preferences, challenges, and buying behaviors to inform customer journey mapping and build nuanced personas. Your work will directly influence the development of messaging for our Uninterruptible Power Supply product portfolio, helping to spot gaps in competitor positioning and define concise value propositions.
In this role, you will assist in developing launch strategies, planning timelines, and creating marketing and sales enablement kits using the latest AI marketing tools. You will analyze launch effectiveness surveys twice a year to evaluate impact and support the creation of culturally appropriate, localized campaigns that tell compelling customer success stories. Additionally, you will contribute to the production of A+, E+, and Rich Media content for e-commerce, draft video storyboards, guide third-party agencies, and help shape the digital journey for our T&E portfolio on SE.com.
