This is a confidential search for a Market Leader to build, launch, and scale a new regional presence. The role offers the unique opportunity to define the vision and executable plan for growth while leveraging the support of an established firm with over 50 years of excellence and a proven track record across three other markets.
As a Market Leader, you will drive the firm's expansion by creating a robust market position and generating revenue through strategic business development. You will be responsible for locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing high-value business relationships in the Triangle Area. Your day-to-day will involve assessing market opportunities, gathering intelligence on competitors, and cultivating deep relationships with decision-makers at developer and design firms.
You will serve as the primary liaison between business development and operations, ensuring seamless project delegation and client experience. This includes developing focus-area-specific growth plans, managing client capture strategies, and transitioning established relationships to new client managers. You will also provide thought leadership by presenting at industry conferences and engaging in outreach activities to reinforce the firm's expertise in housing, industrial, higher education, healthcare, and retail sectors.
