About the Role
The Market Executive serves as the strategic leader for business development and customer relations within the Life Sciences sector, which includes pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and research facility clients. This role is designed to bridge the gap between market insights and operational execution, ensuring Mortenson wins work and delivers exceptional value.
In this position, you will act as the primary customer contact for projects, guiding relationships from pre-construction client surveys through to project close-out. Your day-to-day involves analyzing market trends to develop winning strategies, mentoring project teams, and fostering a collaborative environment that embraces diverse backgrounds. You will be responsible for understanding customer project estimates, resolving issues, and ensuring all project commitments are met while building strong ties with design professionals, utilities, and community leaders.
