The Superintendent I serves as a pivotal leader on our construction sites, responsible for coordinating, planning, and supervising assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities within a specific discipline. This role is designed to enhance customer relationships through exceptional service while driving project success.
In this position, you will act as a mentor and coach, guiding assistant superintendents, craft team members, and other project stakeholders. You will foster a culture of safety, quality, and compliance, leading by example to mitigate risks and improve processes. A key aspect of the role involves building strong relationships with diverse backgrounds and organizational levels, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the team.
