The Marine & Ports Division serves the shipping and ports industries through an extensive portfolio of integrated systems and solutions. By coupling power, propulsion, automation, and marine software, we ensure maximum vessel uptime, helping the industry achieve decarbonization targets while improving customer profitability and sustainability. From ship to gate, our solutions make terminal operations safer, greener, and more productive.
This position contributes to the Automation, Marine and Ports Division and is based in Houston, TX. Reporting to the Local Business Line Manager Marine System, you will oversee the operational aspects of local units. This encompasses the full scope of Operations, including project management, engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, procurement, quality, logistics, and planning.
Your work will drive the development of business action plans aligned with division strategy and targets. You will ensure strict adherence to policies and required health, safety, and integrity standards while managing operations within allocated budgets. The work model for this role is Hybrid.
