About the Role
Propulsion Controls Engineering is seeking an experienced Marine Electrician Lead for our San Diego, California location. This role is designed for professionals with 8-10+ years of experience in the ship repair industry or military background. As a Marine Electrician Lead, you will perform and lead crews engaged in electrical work within and around the ship repair environment. Your core mission involves troubleshooting, repairing, improving, and building the electrical components of ships, ensuring operational excellence and safety in alignment with our core pillars of Safety, Operational Excellence, and Shareholder Value.

Additionally, candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Security Clearance.
