About the Team

Serco is the Americas division of Serco Group, plc, employing over 9,000 people across 100+ sites in North America. We serve every branch of the U.S. military, federal civilian agencies, the Intelligence Community, and various government and commercial clients. Our mission is to deliver vital services more efficiently while increasing customer satisfaction. We are a passionate, talented, and diverse team where every contribution matters, and we invite you to discover your place in our world.

About the Role

As an Entry Marine Electrician, you will join a dynamic team supporting U.S. Naval Ships in Norfolk, VA. Candidates selected for the process may be asked to present proof of identity, requiring a government-issued photo ID with a name and address matching the application. If you require an accommodation during the application process, please contact the HR Service Desk at 800-628-6458, option 1, or email careers@serco-na.com.
