About the Role

As a Marine Electrician, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to supporting U.S. Naval Ships and military installations. Your work is critical to the mission of protecting and serving our military by ensuring successful and safe operations on-board naval vessels. You will collaborate closely with the customer and fellow Serco team members to deliver high-quality work, including cabling, equipment, and C5ISR system installations.

In this role, you will perform general manual labor and fabricate, assemble, and install various electromechanical and electronic assemblies. You will apply appropriate safety techniques while working in diverse environments, including high-heat spaces and shipyard dry docks. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting tests, troubleshooting malfunctions, constructing components, and maintaining detailed engineering records. Safety is paramount; you will be expected to wear proper PPE, maintain respirator qualification, and adhere strictly to safety protocols while navigating shipyards and military sites.
