About the Role
As a Manufacturing Test Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our engineering team. You will be responsible for developing and executing test procedures to meet our stringent product standards and customer expectations. This position is designed to bridge the gap between product development and production, ensuring that every item leaving our facility meets rigorous performance criteria.
In this role, you will design and develop comprehensive test plans and methodologies. You will implement and monitor detailed testing to identify potential issues early, collaborating closely with product development teams to understand requirements and refine testing strategies. Your work will involve analyzing test results, preparing detailed reports, and providing actionable feedback to engineering and production teams. You will also be tasked with continually updating and refining testing procedures to adapt to new technologies and production techniques, while maintaining testing equipment and ensuring strict adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Requirements
