As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be the hands-on expert ensuring human tissue is prepared for surgical implantation with the highest standards of safety and precision. You will operate in a sterile environment, utilizing specialized instrumentation to evaluate, cut, shape, grind, and package tissue to exacting specifications. Your work directly impacts patient outcomes, requiring meticulous adherence to FDA regulations, AATB Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Your day involves maintaining aseptic techniques during the setup and breakdown of laboratory rooms, handling donor tissue with care, and ensuring all documentation and data entry are accurate. You will also manage the disposal of biohazardous and non-biohazardous waste and maintain the daily readiness of supplies and equipment. This role demands a professional demeanor, reflecting the company's Code of Conduct and ethical business practices in all interactions with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
