About the Role
Join our dynamic manufacturing support team in Waukegan. This role is designed for operators who are eager to cross-train across four distinct areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving. By understanding how work flows across departments, you will help make production more efficient and your work more interesting.
You will be part of a collaborative, team-based culture that values innovation and your unique ideas. While manufacturing experience is preferred, we provide comprehensive training for those ready to learn new skills and grow their careers. This is a non-exempt position offering a starting pay of $21.00 per hour.
