About the Role

Join our dynamic manufacturing support team of operators who are cross-trained to make production more efficient and work more interesting. In this role, you will be trained to work across four different areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn new skills, understand how work flows across departments, and be part of a collaborative work environment.

You will be part of a stable, team-based culture that values collaboration and innovation. Whether you are reading shop orders, operating machinery, or performing quality checks, your contributions will help ensure customer expectations are met. This is a non-exempt position with pay starting at $21.00 per hour. While manufacturing experience is preferred, we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.
