Manufacturing Support Team - 1st Shift Weekdays

Operators are trained to work in four different areas—Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving. How You Will Make a Difference

In this non-exempt position, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will read, comprehend, and execute shop order requirements while following standardized manufacturing procedures. Your role involves performing quality checks to ensure customer expectations are met and operating standard hand tools, presses, pneumatic tools, gauges, test equipment, hoists, and other machinery. Success in this role requires the ability to accurately interpret blueprints to perform job functions effectively.
