Manufacturing Support Team - 1st Shift Weekdays

Your Mission

Join our dynamic manufacturing support team of operators who are cross-trained to make production more efficient and work more interesting. Operators are trained to work in four different areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving. This role offers the opportunity to learn new skills, understand how work flows across departments, and be part of a collaborative work environment. If you are hardworking, dedicated, and eager to grow your career, this is the place for you. While manufacturing experience is preferred, we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.

How You Will Make a Difference

In this role, you will be the backbone of our production flow. You will read, comprehend, and execute shop order requirements while following standardized manufacturing procedures. Your focus on performing quality checks ensures that customer expectations are consistently met. You will operate standard hand tools, presses, pneumatic tools, gauges, test equipment, hoists, and other machinery, accurately interpreting blueprints to perform your job functions effectively.
