Join our dynamic manufacturing support team of operators who are cross-trained to make production more efficient and work more interesting. In this non-exempt position, you will be trained to work across four different areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving. This role is designed for those who are hardworking, dedicated, and eager to grow their career in a collaborative environment.
You will learn new skills and understand how work flows across departments while executing shop order requirements and performing quality checks to ensure customer expectations are met. The position offers a unique opportunity for development through cross-training, allowing you to perform roles in multiple work areas within a stable, team-based culture that values collaboration and innovation.

High School diploma or GED. 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.
