About the Role
Join our dynamic manufacturing support team of operators who are cross-trained to make production more efficient and work more interesting. In this non-exempt position, you will be trained to work across four different areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn new skills, understand how work flows across departments, and be part of a collaborative, team-based culture that values innovation.

Requirements
