Siemens Industry is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer for our Grand Prairie, TX factory, located in the heart of the DFW Metroplex. Our growing facility employs over 1,200 people who produce high-quality, engineered, and make-to-order power distribution equipment.
This role is critical in driving production line support, automation solutions, data connectivity, and operational excellence across our production environment. You will play a key part in supporting the Grand Prairie North Star strategy, ensuring the continuous improvement of manufacturing capabilities and the seamless integration of advanced technologies.

More than 5 years of manufacturing experience as a Manufacturing Engineer. Experience simulating manufacturing systems and processes. Experience with manufacturing execution systems and quality management systems. Experience with lifecycle management systems, BOM changes, and/or master data management. Experience with ERP (SAP or similar) and manufacturing simulation tools. Experience with Change Management. Experience in a CBA/Union environment. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP certification(s).
