We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and perform all functions of production support, quality control, and continuous improvement. This role is vital for applying lean manufacturing philosophy to our core processes, including machining, lapping, and assembly.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between design and production, working closely with design and product engineers to ensure all product and system requirements are considered from initial release to final production. You will design assembly methods and procedures for new products while optimizing manufacturing efficiency by analyzing workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to eliminate waste and minimize work motion.
Your day-to-day will involve utilizing technical problem-solving skills to resolve daily production issues and maintaining equipment reliability through coordinated maintenance and preventive measures. Additionally, you will conduct experiments, tests, and analysis in our laboratory setting to support the development of new products or technologies, documenting data meticulously and analyzing results to drive innovation.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering. Minimum of two years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering. Experience working in manufacturing discrete devices with processes such as machining, lapping, and assembly.
