About the Role

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will play a vital part in our client's production operations in New Brighton, MN. This position is designed for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for performing assembly tasks, interpreting written instructions, and conducting visual inspections to ensure product integrity.

The role involves operating specialized equipment such as baggers, scales, microscopes, and other tools. While the work requires standing for the duration of the shift, there are opportunities to sit as needed. Success in this role demands manual dexterity, the ability to lift 25 pounds, and the capacity to perform repetitive motions with precision. A firm grasp and 20/20 vision (with or without corrective lenses) are essential for safely running power equipment and executing detailed tasks.
