This position serves as a Manager for a team of engineers dedicated to the Ovation Risk Platform. You will be responsible for guiding the team in building foundational components while enriching and advancing the platform's capabilities. The role requires a leader who can solve problems creatively, communicate effectively across business and technical stakeholders, and proactively engage in technical decision-making to achieve strategic objectives.
In this role, you will act as a technical product owner, flushing out detailed business, architectural, and design requirements. You will lead the development of solutions and architecture, review proposals with senior technical leads and business partners, and create strategies to transition to target state architectures. Beyond technical oversight, you will nurture and empower leaders within the product teams, conduct performance reviews, and maintain a motivated, enthusiastic team culture. You will thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment where you work closely with business, technical, and non-technical professionals.
