As a Manager of Software Engineering, you will serve in a critical leadership role that blends hands-on technical delivery with the mentorship of a highly-skilled team. This position is designed for an expert who can push the limits of what's possible, acting as both a technical coach and a driver of creative software solutions.
In this adventure, you will guide your team through the full lifecycle of software development, from design and development to technical troubleshooting. You will set the standard for secure, high-quality production code and foster a culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect. Your day-to-day involves anticipating dependencies, leading evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams, and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure compliance and operational stability.
