About the Role

This position serves as a strategic partner in transformation, leading the technical architecture for complex software applications. You will guide the development of robust, secure, and scalable solutions that drive value for clients while aligning with enterprise modernization objectives. This role is distinctively hands-on, focusing on solution engineering and technical tasks with minimal delivery support responsibilities.

In this capacity, you will collaborate cooperatively with dedicated teams to design, document, and implement components across large, distributed, and cross-platform environments. You will lead initial architecture elaboration efforts, guide the evolution of architecture throughout the application construction, and establish standards across software development projects. The role involves mentoring team members in design and coding practices, participating in code reviews, and rapidly applying new patterns and technologies to meet evolving requirements.

While the position is fully remote, it may require occasional travel, such as a kickoff week for a long engagement.
