About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Manager to lead our 7 South and 7 North Medical Surgical Units. In this pivotal role, you will manage activities, workflow, and nursing resources to ensure the highest standards of patient care. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements, while also developing and implementing policies that guarantee the efficient and effective delivery of health services.
As a leader, you will guide the hiring, training, development, and evaluation of your staff. You will work to identify and resolve issues affecting patient care delivery, all while monitoring and adhering to unit budgets. This role requires a constant state of alertness and a commitment to safety, ensuring that your team operates in a secure and supportive environment.
