As a Manager, Projects at JLL, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional project outcomes across financial services, retail, and office space projects while continuously improving our client experience. Professional Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credential. Direct experience managing construction projects in office buildings, financial centers, or corporate headquarters environments. Experience working within a global, matrixed organizational structure with cross-regional collaboration. Working knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, accessibility standards (ADA), sustainability frameworks (LEED, WELL), and environmental compliance requirements. Familiarity with digital project management platforms, Building Information Modeling (BIM), construction technology tools, and emerging PropTech solutions. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Active commitment to ongoing professional development through continuing education, industry certifications, conference participation, or involvement in professional organizations such as PMI or CMAA.
