This position serves as the operational backbone for provider practices, typically managing teams of 2-4 providers and 6-10 full-time employees across one or two sites. The role exists to ensure the seamless delivery of quality patient care by aligning administrative efficiency with clinical excellence. You will act as the primary liaison between the clinic, external agencies, and the broader CHRISTUS Health System, fostering a positive workplace culture that supports both staff and patients.

Your day will involve a dynamic mix of strategic planning and hands-on management. You will oversee daily operations, manage personnel including training and performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to fiscal management, including preparing budgets, analyzing financial data, and implementing cost-effective policies for billing, insurance, and purchasing. You will also work closely with the Regional Director and Marketing Department on practice development and revenue enhancement strategies. Beyond the numbers, you will facilitate monthly meetings with providers and staff to maintain open communication and drive continuous improvement in workflow and patient care quality.
