The Manager of Network Integrity is a critical leadership position within Cardinal Health's DMEPOS operations, serving as the connective tissue between Network Management and Revenue Cycle teams. This role is responsible for steering the credentialing, compliance, and Medicaid growth strategy, ensuring alignment across legal, payer relations, and operational functions.
You will lead a team of credentialing staff and a contract advisor, overseeing the end-to-end credentialing lifecycle. The position balances day-to-day operational excellence with strategic initiatives to expand the company's Medicaid Fee-for-Service (FFS) and Managed Care footprint. As a key liaison, you will bridge internal departments including Network Management, Contracting, Revenue Cycle, and Market Access Sales to drive network growth and revenue integrity.
Sales Administration and Operations at Cardinal Health supports the sales organization by driving operational excellence to achieve strategic objectives. This function encompasses sales tools, customer contract administration, business metrics, and rewards architecture. Sales Operations Management provides the strategic oversight and leadership direction necessary to execute these goals effectively.
