As a Neuroscience Account Manager, you will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio to Psychiatrists and Institutional Accounts, including community mental health centers and hospitals. You will execute sales and marketing strategies using comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance. This role is designed for those adept at navigating the toughest commercialization challenges in today's rapidly changing environment.
You will be responsible for creating opportunities through digital tools and data-based insights, delivering clear and compelling messages to customers, and building productive internal and external relationships. Success in this position requires staying informed on reimbursement dynamics and adhering to pharmaceutical and regulatory environments, including FDA regulations.
The primary territory is Baltimore, MD. We will consider candidates who live within 40 miles of the territory boundaries, which include Silver Spring, Reisterstown, Glen Burnie, and Rockville, provided they have access to a major airport. This role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 30%–40% domestically to meet customers and attend conferences.

Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience including depression, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Documented successful sales performance. Ownership and accountability for the development and execution of fully integrated account plans. Strong analytical background, and experience using sales data reporting tools to identify trends. Experience in calling on customers at a variety of call points, including offices, community mental health centers and hospitals. Sales experience with buy & bill/injectable products. Experience in product launches. Previous experience working with alliance partners (i.e., co-promotions). Strong leadership through participation in committees, job rotations, panels and related activities.
