As a Neuroscience Account Manager in Las Vegas, you will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio to psychiatrists and institutional accounts, including community mental health centers and hospitals. You will execute sales and marketing strategies using comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance. This role is designed for a results-driven professional who is adept at navigating the toughest commercialization challenges in today's rapidly changing environment.
You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to build productive relationships, utilizing digital tools and data-based insights to develop strategies that maximize sales execution. Your day-to-day involves gathering market trends, validating key dynamics, and applying therapeutic knowledge to uncover unique opportunities while staying informed on reimbursement dynamics to address payer access issues.
The primary territory is Las Vegas, NV, including Paradise and Henderson. We are looking for candidates who live within 40 miles of these territory boundaries and have access to a major airport. This role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel domestically up to 30-40% to meet with customers, internal personnel, and attend conferences.

Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience including depression, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Documented successful sales performance. Ownership and accountability for the development and execution of fully integrated account plans. Strong analytical background, and experience using sales data reporting tools to identify trends. Experience in calling on customers at a variety of call points, including offices, community mental health centers and hospitals. Sales experience with buy & bill/injectable products. Experience in product launches. Previous experience working with alliance partners (i.e., co-promotions). Strong leadership through participation in committees, job rotations, panels and related activities.
