As a Neuroscience Account Manager in the Las Vegas territory, you will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio to psychiatrists and institutional accounts, including community mental health centers and hospitals. You will execute sales and marketing strategies using comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance. This role is designed for professionals adept at navigating the toughest commercialization challenges in today's rapidly changing environment.
Your day-to-day involves building and maintaining productive internal and external relationships, gathering and validating key market trends, and applying therapeutic knowledge to uncover unique opportunities. You will also stay informed on reimbursement dynamics to effectively address payer access issues. Success in this position requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic who can deliver clear, compelling messages to customers and drive changes in behavior.
The primary territory is Las Vegas, NV, including Paradise and Henderson. We are looking for candidates who live within 40 miles of these territory boundaries and have access to a major airport. This role requires a valid driver's license and involves driving as an essential duty, with travel up to 30-40% domestically to meet customers and attend conferences.

Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience including depression, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Documented successful sales performance. Ownership and accountability for the development and execution of fully integrated account plans. Strong analytical background, and experience using sales data reporting tools to identify trends. Experience in calling on customers at a variety of call points, including offices, community mental health centers and hospitals. Sales experience with buy & bill/injectable products. Experience in product launches. Previous experience working with alliance partners (i.e., co-promotions). Strong leadership through participation in committees, job rotations, panels and related activities.
