At Carle Health, we are committed to fostering a workplace where every team member feels valued, respected, and empowered. Our nearly 17,000 team members and providers work together to support patient care across central and southeastern Illinois. We operate eight award-winning hospitals and a multispecialty provider group with more than 1,500 doctors and advanced practice providers. Our commitment to excellence is recognized through Magnet® designations held by several of our facilities, representing the nation's highest honor for nursing care.
We are developing the next generation of healthcare professionals through Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the world's first engineering-based medical school, and Methodist College. We offer opportunities in several communities throughout central Illinois with potential for growth and lifelong careers.
This position serves as a critical operational leader for our addiction and behavioral health services, coordinating day-to-day services and ensuring regulatory compliance across three key programs: Medication Assisted Treatment (MAR), Community Outreach Services (CORS), and the Naloxone Distribution program. You will oversee all nursing, clinical, and administrative staff within these units, ensuring that patient care aligns with Carle Health's Standards of Excellence.
In this role, you will manage the full spectrum of clinical operations, from monitoring admission and discharge processes to supervising the implementation of therapeutic interventions for clients with dual diagnoses. You will act as a bridge between clinical staff and regulatory bodies, ensuring adherence to federal regulations and standards set by organizations such as The Joint Commission, SAMHSA, and the DEA. Beyond compliance, you will foster a culture of teamwork and open communication, facilitating multi-disciplinary staffing and providing education to staff regarding operations, treatment approaches, and regulatory updates.
Candidates interested in this opportunity are encouraged to apply through the Carle Health careers portal. The selection process typically involves a review of qualifications followed by interviews to assess clinical competency, leadership style, and cultural fit with our mission-driven team.
