As the Manager, Manufacturing, you will lead our shop-floor operations, ensuring the on-time, high-quality delivery of defense systems. This role exists to bridge the gap between engineering vision and physical execution, translating program requirements into actionable production plans. You will oversee day-to-day activities while driving lean initiatives to optimize throughput and reduce waste.
In this position, you will not only manage production supervisors, technicians, and operators but also coach them to build a high-performing team. Your day will involve monitoring KPIs, managing budgets, and collaborating closely with Systems Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to align manufacturing with broader program objectives. You will play a pivotal role in new product introductions, supporting ramp-ups and process validations to ensure manufacturability and reduce production risk.
