About the Role

As the Manager, Manufacturing, you will serve as the operational anchor for our defense and aerospace production facilities. This role exists to bridge the gap between engineering vision and shop-floor reality, ensuring that every complex system is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a high-performing team of supervisors, technicians, and operators, cultivating a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Your day will be a dynamic mix of strategic planning and hands-on leadership. You will oversee daily shop-floor activities, translating program requirements into executable production schedules while driving lean initiatives to eliminate waste and boost throughput. Beyond managing budgets and resources, you will act as a mentor, developing staff capabilities and fostering cross-functional collaboration with Systems Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to navigate new product introductions and production ramp-ups. In this role, you will ensure strict compliance with aerospace and defense regulatory standards, maintaining audit-ready documentation and a zero-compromise approach to safety.
