About the Role
SAAB is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing to lead our Manufacturing & Production operations within the Defense & Aerospace sector. In this pivotal role, you will oversee day-to-day shop-floor activities, driving operational excellence to ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of complex defense systems. You will serve as the bridge between engineering requirements and executable production plans, collaborating closely with Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management to align manufacturing efforts with broader program objectives.
This position is designed for a leader who thrives in a highly innovative and collaborative environment. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring that all operations meet rigorous aerospace and defense quality standards.
