About the Role
As the Manager, Manufacturing, you will lead our shop-floor operations, serving as the bridge between engineering vision and executable production reality. This role exists to drive operational excellence, ensuring that our defense and aerospace products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the rigorous quality standards required by the industry.
In this position, you will oversee day-to-day activities while cultivating a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will translate complex engineering and program requirements into actionable production plans, coordinating closely with Systems Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management to align manufacturing efforts with broader program objectives. Your leadership will extend to developing production supervisors, technicians, and operators, building a high-performing team capable of navigating the challenges of new product introductions and production ramp-ups.
