About the Role

As the Manager, Manufacturing, you will serve as the operational anchor for our shop-floor activities, ensuring the seamless execution of production plans for our most demanding defense systems. This role exists to bridge the gap between engineering vision and physical reality, translating complex program requirements into executable schedules while driving operational excellence.

In this position, you will lead a diverse team of supervisors, technicians, and operators, coaching them to build a high-performing workforce capable of meeting rigorous safety, quality, and delivery targets. Your day will involve navigating a highly collaborative environment where you partner closely with Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to align manufacturing efforts with broader program objectives. You will champion lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize throughput and reduce waste, all while maintaining strict compliance with aerospace and defense regulatory standards.
