About the Role
SAAB is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing to lead our Manufacturing & Production operations within the Defense & Aerospace sector. This role is critical to ensuring the on-time, high-quality delivery of complex defense systems in a highly innovative and collaborative environment.
You will oversee day-to-day shop-floor activities, driving operational excellence by translating engineering and program requirements into executable production plans. The position requires close collaboration with Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management to align manufacturing efforts with broader program objectives. Your leadership will focus on building a high-performing team of supervisors, technicians, and operators while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
